TECHNOLOGY, MANUFACTURING PROCESSES AND MECHANICAL OPERATIONS

In our constructions we use certified UNI EN materials.
Containers are realized with steel S235JR with thickness calculated according to the sizes andcapacities required and also on the basis of stacking needs.
The mechanical processes respect the UNI tables of the carpentry with a 3% tolerance on the dimensions.
In the manufacturing processes,alongside traditional machines, we employ the new technologies of laser cutting machines and laser for tubes, allowing an excellent finishing and performance of the final product.

PAINTING

The products are previously degreased in a special degreasing and drying booth and then powder coated. This painting improves the quality of the finish and significantly reduces the environmental impact compared to the traditional use of liquid paints.
